My name is Elizabeth, but I go by Liz. I have two young children and have been a stay at home mom for two years now. Before staying home, I worked as a Behavior Interventionist for a young child in school using applied behavior analysis. I have always had a strong pull to the mental health field. Through my 8 years in the work force I have worked as a daycare teacher, respite provider for adults with intellectual disabilities, doing community work with my adult clients as well, and working in ABA. Having two babes, being the eldest of 4 young women, and working through my own anxiety disorder, I am passionate about the struggles and efforts to help our youth overcome their own hardships with anxiety. I work with my young kids and myself with emotional regulation and recognizing our triggers and how to manage our feelings surrounding them, every day.

Besides my work, I enjoy learning about Greek mythology, reading, dancing, singing, being outside, and spending time with my family!
