Hi! My name is Alexandria (she/her), and I am currently pursuing my license in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Plymouth State University. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, families, and individuals navigating addiction and mental health challenges.

As a mom of three energetic kiddos—and three equally energetic dogs—I spend a lot of time outdoors, exploring, staying active, and enjoying quiet moments with a good book or a creative art project. I’m definitely a foodie, too, and love trying new recipes or discovering cozy local spots with my family.

What draws me most to working with kids is the opportunity to give them tools, language, and insight into their emotions before life becomes overwhelming. I believe strongly in preventive care: teaching skills early so that children feel empowered, confident, and capable as they grow. Helping them understand why they think the way they do, and giving them strategies they can actually use in real moments, is one of the most meaningful parts of the work for me.

My passion for mental health comes from seeing firsthand how transformative it can be when children feel understood, supported, and safe to express themselves. Their resilience and creativity continually inspire me, and I love being part of a process that helps them build long-term emotional wellness—not just for today, but for their future selves.

As an Anxiety Coach with WeRHope, I’m excited to meet students where they are, help them feel seen and capable, and support them in building practical, lifelong skills for managing stress and anxiety. My goal is always to show up with empathy, curiosity, and a genuine belief in their potential.
