What Sets Us Apart?

As the first daily retreat of its kind, we prioritize the well-being of youth in grades 2-12. Since 2019, we fostered a supportive, nurturing environment where young people feel heard, encouraged, and empowered. Our retreat provides a safe space for learning about anxiety and equips students with valuable coping tools, such as eCPR, to help them thrive.

Connect. Grow. Thrive.

Our retreat offers a unique, unplugged experience filled with daily outdoor activities that foster lasting friendships through fun and learning. Students engage in hiking, swimming, singing, dancing, yoga, mindfulness, hands-on learning, field games, and equine therapy, creating deep connections with themselves, others, and the horses.

Our approach works

Based on the real data collected from our pre-and post-retreat GAD-7 surveys, our participants, on average, showed a reduction in anxiety symptoms after attending the retreat. Click here to discover more about the effectiveness of We R H.O.P.E.’s programs and view the data.

Huge thank you to our Sponsors who have a huge impact on us having the ability to keep this affordable for all of you!

We have expanded the Youth Wellness Retreat to Kenya! We’re very touched to see all the smiles, and hear the tremendous success that came from the Nairobi Youth Wellness Retreat! Hosted by our sister organization; Mindful African Initiative!

Over the weekend of October 14 & 15, 2023 the two-day program was filled with mindfulness practices and engaging outdoor activities, equipping participants with valuable skills to boost their social and emotional well-being. From serene hikes to engaging in breathing exercises, the journey of self-discovery was enriching and uplifting. Including stick balancing and an egg race, challenging participants to enhance their attention, focus, and resilience. It was not just about personal growth; our retreat forms an experience that celebrates community and connection. Through bonding activities, participants formed lasting connections and a strong supportive network.

We would like to continuing to expanding our services across all 50 states, so if you’re interested in bringing a retreat like this to your area, contact Sean Perry to discuss how to make that a possibility.
