Amanda has a degree in Fine Arts with a minor in Education and is a certified plant-based chef. She is currently undergoing a career change in public health with the goal of achieving a bachelor’s degree in social work. The inspiration for this change came when she became a parent and discovered her genuine love for helping others, aspiring to witness people thriving within their communities.

Amanda possesses a professional passion for personal training and assisting individuals in establishing a deeper connection through body movement and meditation. Drawing from personal experiences, she understands the profound impact that physical activity can have on alleviating symptoms of anxiety. Her preferred method for calming the mind, releasing muscle tension, and enhancing mobility is through practicing yoga.
