Growing up comes with challenges—school pressure, friendships, anxiety, and all the changes that can feel overwhelming at times. As a youth life coach, I walk alongside kids and teens to help them figure things out, develop healthy coping tools, and discover their own strengths. I focus on building trust and making sure every young person feels supported, understood, and ready to take on life’s ups and downs. As a mom myself, I know how important it is for kids to feel seen and heard, and for parents to feel supported too. I bring that understanding into every session, creating a safe, encouraging space where youth can build confidence and resilience while knowing they’re not alone.
