Sara believes that anything is possible with the right mentorship, community and tools. As a coach, she holds a vision for people of all ages to live more fully integrated lives, helping clients to better synchronize their body, thoughts, and emotions so that the choices they make are in alignment with the highest version of themselves. Prior to coaching, Sara served as Executive Director for an integrative health clinic in Vermont, as well as for a small medical brigade that provides healthcare, clean water and community development in Honduras.

A native of California who grew up in the mountains of North Carolina, she considers the Washington, DC region home. She holds a master’s degree in public communication with a public health focus from American University, a bachelor’s degree in religion and women’s studies from Duke University, and a dual health and life coaching certification from the Health Coach Institute.

Sara currently resides in southern New Hampshire, where she enjoys baking cookies for neighbors and being entertained by her Irish Setter, Clover. Unlike most New Englanders, she really is not that outdoorsy, but she likes it here all the same.
